Sub Orbit
Low-end width. Mono integrity. Zero compromise.
MIT licensed // free + open source
Sub Orbit stereoizes your low end without phase corruption or mono compatibility loss. A Linkwitz-Riley crossover splits the signal at a frequency you control (60-180 Hz). Everything below gets quadrature allpass widening, everything above passes through untouched. Sidechain-driven width ducking keeps kicks and bass punchy automatically. Real-time goniometer and correlation meter let you watch the stereo field at a glance.

// a note on installer warnings
Our installers are not code-signed with Apple or Microsoft certificates. This means your OS will show a security warning the first time you run them. This is normal for independent and open-source audio software. The plugin is MIT licensed and the full source code is available on GitHub so you can verify exactly what you are installing.
macOS
macOS will show a warning saying it cannot verify the installer. Click Done (not Move to Trash), then:
- Open System Settings and go to Privacy & Security
- Scroll down to the Security section. You will see a message about the blocked installer with an Open Anyway button
- Click Open Anyway, then click Open on the confirmation dialog
After this, the installer runs normally and you will not see the warning again.
Windows
SmartScreen may show a "Windows protected your PC" warning. Click More info, then click Run anyway to proceed.
SHA256 checksums for every release are published on the GitHub releases page so you can verify file integrity.
